Training opportunities

Onboarding Training: This is an introductory training session for all new members joining Minh Hung M&C. Through this program, employees are introduced to the company culture, policies, benefits, and become familiar with departments and construction sites to quickly integrate and maximize their potential within the organization.

Professional Skills Training: For each specialized unit, Minh Hung M&C designs a tailored training roadmap covering topics such as project management, quantity management, contract management, and ISO-standard documentation systems. We also regularly organize training sessions on teamwork, problem-solving, and risk management skills to ensure our team is always ready for new challenges.

Software Training: Minh Hung M&C emphasizes continuous improvement and the application of modern software in design, construction management, and task tracking. Therefore, the company frequently organizes training courses for all employees in tools such as Bravo, Primavera P6, HRM, MS Power BI, and advanced MS Excel to enhance work efficiency and project progress.

Specialized Seminars: To stay updated with the latest knowledge and encourage experience sharing across departments and projects, Minh Hung M&C hosts specialized seminars. These discussions aim to extract practical management lessons and improve consistency. Topics include risk management, new materials, cash flow control, and budget management.
